MusiCounts Scholarship Nominations Now Open

MusiCounts Scholarships nominations are now open! Until May 3 Canadian post-secondary institutions can nominate up to three students enrolled in music studies who intend to pursue a career in one of the following career streams: performing artist, music production/recording arts, or music business.

This annual post-secondary scholarship program aims to launch the careers of 4-6 high-potential individuals who are close to completing post-secondary studies in music. Through a $4000 financial contribution and an intensive mentorship and networking experience in Toronto, the scholarship will have a significant and long-lasting impact on the lives of young professionals who are on track to build exciting careers in the music industry.

Post-secondary institutions will nominate students by May 3, 2019. Once all nominations are cast, all nominees will be prompted to complete an online application, which is due on June 7, 2019. Recipients will be determined by early July 2019. The Mentorship Week will take place in Toronto between September 30 and October 4, 2019.
