Saskatoon native Brad Johner will celebrate a MusiCan Band Aid instrument grant with Pope John Paul II Elementary School on Thursday, January 31st, 2008. The school is the recent recipient of a $10,000 grant from the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences’ (CARAS) music education program. The grant is a generous donation from EMI Music Canada, who raised the proceeds for the grant at their post 2007 JUNO Awards party in Saskatoon.
